All white cottons can be washed at 50 degrees with non biological soaps or powders.
First wash for coloursTo avoid fading or running of coloured cotton, coloured threads and bias edges , most specially dark colours , wash first in cold water without soap, add vinegar to rinse. Tumble dry no higher than 30°.
Second wash for coloursNever wash above 40 degrees Always use non-biological soaps without bleach or optical whiteners for cotton fabrics with bias or embroidery. Excessive heat will shrink cotton and biological suds will fade colours.
