Adding a name or initials to a pyjama takes up to 4 business days.
Can I amend my order?
Once the order has been processed, we are unable to amend the order.
Can I cancel my order?
Should you need to cancel your order, you may only do so if it has not already been fulfilled by our orders team.

How long will my order take to arrive?
For orders within Germany please allow: 2-3 Business Days.
For orders within Europe please allow: 3-7 Business Days.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Kindly reach out to us within 14 days of estimated delivery date, and we will coordinate with the courier to begin an investigation and determine the best resolution.
Can I return my order?
